Joanne Loeper

As a regional Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Loeper oversees the operations of Cogent HMG programs for seven states in the southern region of the country.   In addition to her operations focus, Ms. Loeper has been an integral part of various quality and operational initiatives that have been deployed across the enterprise.

Ms. Loeper began her clinical career as a registered nurse specializing in the care of patients with ESRD and quickly moved into administration with a focus on quality and operational improvement. As a Vice President with Fresenius Medical Care, she gained extensive experience in clinical quality and operations performance improvement.  Her broad base of healthcare management experience spans clinical research, disease management and hospital operations in addition to profit and loss management, strategic planning and multi-site facility management.

Ms Loeper earned a nursing degree from Mass Bay Community College, a BA in Health Care Management from Eckerd College and MBA from the University of Sarasota.
