John Donahue

President and Chief Executive Officer, Cogent HMG

Mr. John Donahue currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cogent HMG. Mr. Donahue has more than 25 years of healthcare executive experience, including nine years as President and CEO of National Imaging Associates, a radiology benefit management firm he founded in 1997 and sold to Magellan Health Services. He has operated fast growing companies spanning several healthcare sectors, transformed existing business models into innovative value propositions, and led finance and business development efforts for large global health companies. Mr. Donahue received his undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from Merrimack College in Massachusetts and his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Olin Graduate School at Babson College in Wellesley, MA. He serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of Imaging Economics and has been a guest lecturer at the Harvard Graduate School of Public Health.
