Len Scarpinato, DO, MS

Dr. Scarpinato oversees programs in the central region for Cogent HMG serving as Chief Medical Officer. He has more than 25 years of academic medical experience and over 10 years of experience as a physician executive.

Dr. Scarpinato is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, a Founding Fellow of the Society of Hospital Medicine, a member of the American Medical Association, and a member of the ACPE, where he is a Certified Physician Executive. He has held numerous leadership positions at the hospitals and in associations with which he has been a part of. Dr. Scarpinato has also presented and written on many topics in healthcare. He served as a physician during the Los Angeles Summer Olympics.

Dr. Scarpinato earned his DO from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and a master's of science in administrative medicine from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
