LeToia Crozier

Ms. Crozier joined Cogent HMG in 2009 and has more than 13 years experience as a healthcare attorney. She serves as the company's Corporate Compliance Officer and provides counsel on regulatory and operational matters for the company.

Prior to joining Cogent HMG, Ms. Crozier served as Corporate Counsel for Franklin-Tenn., based-Community Health Systems, a large national hospital company, Legal Counsel for Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Compliance for an Academic Medical Center, and Governmental Operations Support for HCA. Ms. Crozier began her legal career with the State of Tennessee, Department of Health. She also received her certification in Healthcare Compliance by the Compliance Certification Board and continues to teach Health Law, Policy and Ethics to medical and graduate students.

Ms. Crozier, a native of Los Angeles, CA earned a BS in Business Finance from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, and a JD from Chapman University in Orange, CA.
