M. Fatah Maida, MD

Dr. Maida has been part of the Cogent HMG team for nearly 12 years, and oversees our programs in the east central region of the country. Dr. Maida has been promoted internally from site director, regional director, to chief medical officer for his consistent commitment to high quality medical care and services. Dr. Maida’s has the ability to facilitate high quality physician performance and improved patient outcomes at each practice site within his region. His experience includes the coordination and transition of over 20 programs into high functioning hospitalist teams.

Dr. Maida received his medical degree at the University of Istanbul after completing his residency in Internal Medicine at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey. Dr. Maida is board certified in Internal Medicine.
