Ronnie Jacobs, MD

Dr. Jacobs serves as Chief Medical Officer for Cogent HMG and oversees our programs in the mid-Atlantic region of the country.

Dr. Jacobs has practiced hospitalist medicine since 1995. He has also held management positions with a national hospitalist provider for over seven years with responsibilities for eleven clinical sites.

Dr. Jacobs earned his medical degree from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina. Dr. Jacobs is board certified in internal medicine.
